Finland has been chosen as the happiest nation in the world for three years in a row. Being happy has a lot to do with our daily habits: a short walk in the forest, going ice swimming or tasting something fresh from nature. All of these things add a sense of calm and happiness to everyday life – something we all need right now!

To help during these trying times, we wanted to share some of our tips on how to become happy like a Finn no matter where you are physically.

We will show five live broadcasts with our happiness guides performing activities that make us Finns happy. The broadcasts will be shown during May and June on the campaign website and on Visit Finland’s Youtube and Facebook channels. We will also offer a limited number of virtual one-to-one sessions with our happiness guides in the end of June.
