IMPORTANT! Seems like the 1% change to get norse isn't viable anymore since they grayed out ( # ) the event choice after they fully released the dlc. I recorded this is early access when it wasn't the case.

Right now THE ONLY way to get Norse is via the 'Wave of Curiosity' event that can be triggered by a scandinavian culture nation.

EU4 1.34 Norway can become Norse via a secret set of events that make it the eu4 ultimate colonial nation too at the same time!
