Hiking the Romsdalseggen Ridge, with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and migraines, alone, is it possible??

The answer is YES, if you take precautions, plan, use the right equipment, have a husky (this one is veeeery important!!), you have to be impulsive, as to being ready to go when you're body says that, "Yes! Today I really think is a great day to do this!!", and then just do it!!

In this video I´m taking you with me on my hike over Romsdalseggen Ridge, one of Norways most spectacular hikes! It offers the most breathtaking views, and if you haven't done the trip yet, I can totally recommend to put it on your "to do list"!

The trip is about 10 km long, and the height difference is about 970 meters, and is quite exposed at some points, so if you are afraid of heights you might concider another route.

The down climb is quite long and tough, so be sure to have proper knee support if you have som issues with your knees!
I depend on som great magnetic knee straps that I actually bought on eBay, and they are absolutely amazing! I can't do a kilometer without them!!
