we start in grunnesund right after Trollfjorden in Nordland on day 97. we kayak to the island of my forefathers Bråttøya, and to some friends in Harstad, Finnsnes, Tromsø and The magical Lyngen Alps, I end the episode after Skjærvøy as I cross over to the final county Finnmark at day 115
