Baron returns to his nest for the first time since Feb. 28th 2020!! Welcome home Baron we have missed you!! He lands on the nest and checks out the fern and greenery that has sprouted up in his absence! He then hops down to the low bouncy branch and is spending the night!

This is a great sign for Baron to return and hopefully he and NF will nest here again in the spring! Nestorations should begin in January! Thank you for watching!

Baron Blue and Baroness Barefoot have been the eagles on this nest since 2011 and have had eaglets each year. Baroness was found deceased in October 2019 not far from the nest. Cause of death is unknown. Baron has since been seen with a new young female called NF.
