历时五天深度漫游罗弗敦群岛，从莱克内斯小镇、斯塔姆松小屋，一路走到 E10 公路尽头的世界尽头 Å 镇—— 翻雷纳布林根千级台阶俯瞰峡湾红渔屋、海面划皮划艇徒手抓海胆、坐冲锋艇跟随船长出海追巨型海鹰、探访传承四代的三文鱼养殖场、在凌晨十一点迎着粉金色天光徒步，感受课本里只存在文字中的极昼，被雪山、海湾、彩色渔村温柔治愈。

旅途意外不断：延误却幸运赶上大巴、全景相机不慎坠入挪威海，攒了数日的素材遗憾沉入海底； 也在一次次爬山、出海、赶路中慢慢懂得，旅行从不是打卡赶路，而是跳出城市焦虑，在自然里接纳遗憾、收获成长。

本次行程全程无自驾出行，公交、网约出租、本地跟团、冲锋艇轮渡全覆盖，记录罗弗敦真实物价、出行贴士、必吃海鲜美食，给计划来北欧的朋友完整参考。

What does it feel like to spend five days above the Arctic Circle?

This journey took us across Norway's breathtaking Lofoten Islands, where we hiked along dramatic coastlines, kayaked through crystal-clear fjords, climbed Reinebringen under the Midnight Sun, explored tiny fishing villages, and met locals whose lives have always been shaped by the sea.
