The Arctic Life in summer is a huge contrast, its wild and majestic and brutal in its own way.
Not like surviving an extreme blizzard alone on an arctic mountain, or like a heavy snow storm in the
cabin in the woods, not like the -40° in the borderlands, or the -71° survival that some claim, but heavy rain storms and fierce winds paired with massive storm waves rule these barren, majestic lands.

The challenge right now is finding solitude for an off-grid lifestyle. I Make the grave mistake of staying in Lofoten, and finally after a lot small annoyances it gets to much, something snaps and I have to run away and search for peace somewhere else. I dont feel ok, I would have loved to stay around, but this time I have to leave fast and find somewhere else.

To be clear, I have nothing against tourism and other campers in vans and RVs, but over-mass-tourism becomes too much for me.

Chasing solitude, dealing with stormy weather, and trying to understand why I keep coming back to a place I know will disappoint me.
