PlastiCircle and CityLoops organised a workshop on circular economy in waste management and replication. The event took place online on 4 May 2021.

The workshop aimed at providing guidance for local politicians and decision-makers, as well as European representatives from the plastic, CDW and biowaste industries that seek to improve plastic packaging waste management in their cities and make their biowaste and CDW waste streams more circular. The main objectives of this workshop are to share lessons learnt and inspire and enable more cities and regions to implement the PlastiCircle Approach (for plastics) and the CityLoops approach (for CDW and biowaste) and enable interested stakeholders to participate in this process.
