The time has come! It’s Day 1 of the 2021 CrossFit @German Throwdown. The top five men and women will advance to the Games.

Check out Jonne Koski, Lukas Esslinger, Elliot Simmonds, Giorgos Karavis, Lazar Dukic and Joshua Al-Chamaa as they take on “Friendly Fran.”

Then, Katrin Davidsdottir, Samantha Briggs, Kristin Holte, Jacqueline Dahlstrom, Emma Tall and Matilde Garnes go head-to-head in Event 1.
