As World War II enters its final stages, Germany is teetering on the brink of defeat, yet remains defiantly resistant. The US army faces a significant challenge in gathering intelligence about German forces across the Rhine, prompting a daring plan to send two German prisoners on a covert mission. With the Gestapo's ruthless spy-hunting network on high alert, the operation is fraught with danger. The US military enlists the services of "Tiger", a cunning operator who thrives in morally ambiguous scenarios, and "Happy", a disillusioned soldier prone to being swayed by his emotions. While Tiger and an American agent manage to infiltrate enemy lines, Happy is deployed by parachute into Bavaria. His objective: to track the movements of a formidable German armored division heading towards the western front.
