This video shows how I got to the BMW Motorrad Center in Berlin, on my way back to Spain, after having been to Nordkapp already. I made a detour to change the oil of my bike in the city where it was made. I had to do it to keep the guarantee of my bike in good standing. However, even though I tried to contact these guys a few days earlier from Norway to make an appointment, they didn't take the message properly and couldn't finally service it here because they said that I had to make appointment previously... which I tried. They kindly looked for an alternative to me, though in another city and the next day. It was not what a brand with the slogan "MAKE LIFE A RIDE" is supposed to provide to their customer bikers. Once I witnessed a similar situation with a German biker enroute, precisely, at my local BMW dealership in Granada (Spain). They cut the line for him and serviced his GSA immediately. To me, that day, it was paradoxical that in the city where BMW Motorrad was born, BMW couldn't service the bike of a rider making his life a ride right at that moment! Anyway, the variety of bikes in the shop was nice. Take a look!
