Henningsvaer is a historic fishing village in Lofoten Islands, Norway, located on several small islands off the coast of the island of Austvagoy.
This village is popular for climbing, diving and snorkeling.
Henningsvaer Fotballbanen (soccer field) is a popular tourist destination due to its picturesque location on a small island surrounded by the ocean.

This video shows the beautiful village of Henningsvaer and covers also a hike to the mount Festvagtind.
The Festvagtind hike is somewhat steep and unexciting but brings you to an awesome viewpoint.
The summit provides breathtaking views over the surrounding islands and of the historic village below.

Almost all places in the Lofoten Islands are very picturesque, but Henningsvær and mount Festvagtind are truly appealing locations
with many tourists coming here each year.

Enjoy arctic Norway at its best !
