Batchoy is a noodle soup made with a pork offal crushed pork crckling, beef loin and round noodles. Its origins to the district of Lapaz, Iloilo city in the Philippines.
Ingredients:
2liters water
1/4 cup toasted garlic or more depend on your need
1 cup chicharon or mre depend on your need
1 tsp bagoong paste
2tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
1/4 lb pig lever ( liver that available in store)
1lb pork meat
1 lb pigs intenstesine it must be cleaned bouled and slice ( in my recipe I don’t put because theirs no available in our store)
