Day one and two of our motorcycle trip from Holland to Nordkapp (the North Cape) and the Baltic states! In this first episode of our new motorcycle adventure series, we ride north through heavy rain in Germany and fight brutal storm winds across Denmark, all to catch the ferry to Norway in Hirtshals.

We're Erik & Nadieh, a Dutch couple traveling overland on a Suzuki V-Strom 650 XT and a BMW F700GS. After 26,000 km through Canada and Alaska, we're heading for the top of Europe: Scandinavia, Norway, Finland and the Baltics. Expect long riding days, motorcycle camping, rough weather, on-road and off-road adventure riding, and the honest ups and downs of life on two wheels.
