North Cape
Always the end of the road trip par excellence, the North Cape is located in Norwegian Lapland, and is considered the northernmost point in Europe. Considered the northernmost point of the European continent, North Cape is located on the island of Magerøya, in the region of Finnmark or Norwegian Lapland, and is a rocky plateau that drops sheer into the water from a height of 307 meters where the Norwegian Sea meets with Barents Sea, part of the Arctic Ocean. North Cape, with its magnificent sub-Arctic landscape, is located beyond the 71st parallel just 2,000 kilometers from the North Pole, and is one of the most visited destinations in Norway.
