This year we will hike through all of Norway, starting in Nordkapp (North Cape) 20 June 2023. The plan is to reach Norway's southernmost point Lindesnes after about 4 months, and also hike Gröna Bandet again.

This video is all about what is in our backpacks.
We might have missed to mention a few items, so if you want the full list of everything that is in our backpacks, you can find it down below. Remember that for such a long hike that we will be doing, the things in our backpacks will change a lot over time. This is just what it will look like when we start the hike.
