On August 12 I flew to Oslo to start my cycling trip. A few days before my departure, reports came from Norway of heavy rainfall, flooding and landslides. I saw images on TV of flooded areas, closed roads and evacuations of villages. However, I did not hesitate to continue my journey. I could possibly adjust my route if it were really impossible.
The weather was not verry nice. Lots of rain and low temperatures. Despite that, I kept cycling and it made this trip one I will never forget
