Lynette Mullen, Humboldt County Community Liaison, and Scott Thompson, Project Manager & Engineer, from Nordic Aquafarms gave us an overview of the proposed $500-600 million project at the old pulp mill site. Nordic Aquafarms is in the process of permitting what will be their fifth land-based (RAS) facility producing an anticipated 28,000 metric tons of fish once fully operational.
