Segla / Hesten hiking trails start from Fjordgrad in Senja Island. Fjordgrad is a small village where we parked the car. The parking is right at the start of the hiking trail.

The Hesten hiking is a moderate hike. From Hesten, the view of Segla is magnificent. The initial part of hike was fair and as we go up, it becomes little tiresome.

This is a signature hike one must do while visiting northern Norway ( Tromso, Lofoten or Senja Island). The hike is one off the most beautiful with the view of picturesque Fjordgrad always at the back.
