This video series is about slow travel through Northern Scandinavia.
Living in Sweden, I travel north twice a year. I’ve been to Nordkapp more than 20 times and have driven over 100,000 kilometers on Nordic roads, mostly staying in a tent.
This video, however, is about traveling to Nordkapp while staying in free cabins, which are widely available in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. These cabins are usually free of charge, although in some places travelers are encouraged to make a small voluntary donation to help with their maintenance.
