2025 年 8 月末にノルウェーのロフォーテン諸島へソロハイキングに行ってきました。
ロフォーテン諸島の南北を横断する160kmのロングトレイルを歩くことを計画したのですが、実際は途中天候が悪くなり公共交通機関を使ってスキップした区間があるので半分程度しか歩くことができませんでしたが、この冒険は自分にとって本当に価値のある素晴らしい経験となりました????
